What are Lumina Park's opening hours?
The park is closed on Mondays and open from dusk until 9 p.m. on other days, and until 10 p.m. on weekends between December 5, 2025, and January 18, 2026.
2025. Open every day until 10 p.m. from December 25 to January 4, 2026.
How long will Lumina Park be open?
The park will remain open until March 1, 2026.
Can I use the ticket on another day?
Tickets purchased on site and online are valid for the given day. Tickets cannot be used on other days.
Do you accept SZÉP cards?
Tickets can be purchased on site with OTP and K&H SZÉP cards. The card is accepted at the snack bars.
Who is eligible for discounted admission?
Discounted tickets are available for schoolchildren, students (up to age 26), pensioners, disabled persons, and their companions.
Who can purchase a family ticket?
Family tickets can be purchased for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18, or 1 adult and 3 children under the age of 18.
Where can I park?
We do not recommend approaching the park by car, as the parking capacity at the northern tip of Margaret Island is limited. For a comfortable arrival and smooth return journey, we recommend taking bus number 26.
Can I visit the park with my dog?
Dogs are not allowed in the park.
Can I pay with cash at the snack bars?
Don’t forget your bank card at home, as you can only pay with bank cards and SZÉP cards at the buffets!
Are hot drinks available for purchase in the park?
There are several snack bars in the park where you can buy hot drinks. The snack bars only accept credit cards and SZÉP cards as payment.
How long does it take to visit the park?
The route is approximately 1.5 km long. The average visit lasts 1.5-2 hours, depending on individual preferences. The only limitation on your visit is the opening hours.
