BGYH Zrt. processes, records, and transmits your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation), Act CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination and freedom of information (hereinafter: Infotv.), as well as other legal provisions and official recommendations relating to data protection.

Purpose of data processing: To conduct the prize draw and notify winners of the results of the prize draw.

Legal basis for data processing: According to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the consent of the data subject to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

Scope of personal data processed: The data subject’s email address.

Duration of data processing: 15 days following the announcement of the results of the prize draw.

Persons authorized to access the data: Personal data may be processed by employees of the data controller who need it for their work, in compliance with the above principles.

Use and transfer of data: In all cases where we wish to use the data provided for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, we will inform you of this and obtain your prior consent, and we will give you the opportunity to withdraw your consent at any time thereafter.

We will not transfer personal data managed by our Company to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases required by law or with your consent.

Data security: In order to prevent unauthorized use and abuse of the personal data we process, we store your personal data securely, and only data controllers have access to it.

Your rights and remedies regarding data processing: You have the right to receive information free of charge about whether we process your data. Upon request, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Info Act, you may exercise the following rights: access to your data, request modification or correction of your data, prohibit the use of your data, and appeal to the court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

You may seek legal remedy if we fail to comply with your request for information, correction, or deletion as set out in the legislation. In the event of a violation of your rights, you may take legal action against the Data Controller, and the court will hear the case as a matter of priority. The adjudication of the case falls within the jurisdiction of the court.
